The Three-Step Framework

You really only need three things for a basic daily face routine:

  • Cleanse  remove dirt, sweat, and the day.
  • Moisturize help the skin barrier stay supple and hydrated.
  • Protect sunscreen during the day, support overnight.

Everything else is optional polish.

Morning Routine

Tips for All Skin Types

  • Dry skin: apply oil to slightly damp skin to lock in moisture.
  • Oily skin: non-comedogenic oils like moringa often work better than heavy creams.
  • Sensitive skin: patch-test on the inner forearm before face use.
  • Mature skin: add a hydrating serum (hyaluronic acid) before the oil.
