Shipping
Where We Ship
- Canada — coast to coast, including territories
- United States — all 50 states
- International — case by case. Email us for a quote.
Processing Time
Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our Blainville, Quebec warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM EDT may ship the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Within Canada: typically 3–7 business days
- To the United States: typically 5–10 business days
- Remote regions: add 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and your location. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on Canadian orders over CA$75
- Below CA$75 in Canada: calculated at checkout based on weight and postal code
- To the United States: calculated at checkout
Customs & Duties (US & international orders)
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your country's customs office on delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
You can return unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is not refunded).
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Opened tea, powders, seeds, or capsules
- Opened skincare or hair products
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
- Email info@zestofmoringa.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back at your cost (we recommend a tracked service).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away — no need to ship the item back.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. If still missing after 3 business days, email us and we'll work with the carrier to locate or reship.
