Pick up almost any bottle of moringa capsules and read the ingredients. In most cases you will find one thing: moringa leaf powder. The leaf is the best-known part of Moringa oleifera, and it is also the easiest and cheapest part to harvest and dry.
Our capsules are built differently. Every capsule combines three parts of the moringa tree: leaf, root and seed.

Moringa oleifera is known around the world as malunggay in the Philippines, the drumstick tree in South Asia, the horseradish tree, sajna or sahjan in India, and benzolive in the Caribbean. (See all the names of moringa.) Whatever you call it, most capsules only use one part of it.
1. Leaf: the familiar foundation
Moringa leaves are what most people picture when they hear the word moringa. Dried and milled, they make the bright green powder used in smoothies, teas and most capsules on the market. In our capsules, the leaf is the base of the blend.
2. Root: the rare part
Moringa root powder is seldom found in a moringa supplement. It is earthier and more peppery than the leaf, and it is the part of the tree that most brands leave out entirely. Including it is a big part of what makes our capsules different from a leaf-only product.
3. Seed: from the same tree
Moringa seeds grow inside the long pods of the tree. They are the same seeds that our cold-pressed moringa oil comes from. Ground into powder, they complete the blend, so each capsule carries the leaf, the root and the seed of one plant.
Watch: 3 parts, 1 capsule
Why combine three parts?
Because a whole plant is more than its leaves. A leaf-only capsule gives you one part of moringa. Ours bring together three parts of the same tree in a single vegan capsule, with nothing else added: no binders, no magnesium stearate, no fillers.
Our capsules are licensed by Health Canada under NPN 80126878 as a source of antioxidants.
How to check any moringa capsule label
- Which parts of the plant? Look for the words leaf, root and seed. If only leaf is listed, it is a leaf-only product.
- How much per capsule? Ours contain 500 mg of Moringa oleifera per capsule.
- What else is inside? Fewer added ingredients means more moringa.
- Is there a licence number? In Canada, look for an NPN on the label.
How to take them
Adults 18 years and over: take 3 capsules once daily with water, preferably before a meal, as directed on the label. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
